Cameroon midfielder Geremi Njitap is confidently looking forward to his second European Champions League medal with Real Madrid.
Geremi, as he is known in Europe, scored for Real in their quarter-final duel against Bayern Munich, but missed the semi-final first leg game against Barcelona last week due to injury.
He said: « After winning 2-0 in Barcelona, nothing can stand between us and the final. »
The Indomitable Lions midfielder is a doubt for tonight’s return leg in Madrid but believes he will be fit enough to play a part in the final if they get there.
He said: « I am getting better. I played half an hour at the weekend against Sociedad. I am looking forward to my second European medal with Madrid. »
Madrid only need to keep a clean sheet tonight against their arch-rivals to cruise to the final against German surprise packages Bayer Leverkusen
