Guys, let’s us not miss the point. The big failure here is one from the coaching staff. The management of our team has always been a disgrace, but the charisma of the guy in charge of the team usually saves us.

When I said the coach is our problem, it is the person who’s leadership have to be beyong any doubt; and to lead, one has to make himself understandible. To answer Bepanda, most of the coaches you’ve named, except Nepom expressed themselves at least in english. Even Nepom spoke a bit of english.
The language problem is deeper than you think regarding Schaeffer. We’ve came across this guy several time, looking for interview. But believe it or not, without understanding each other, this never took place. He has to rely on Omog who do not even speak great german.
Indomitable Lions meetings looked more like a market place than a training session, players coming and going as they wanted, without any fear.
The administrative mismanagement has alway been there, except that the formers coaches used to shout really loud and was advertizing most of the wrong-doing. They had then a priviledge working relation with the players because of their knowledge of the game. I still have a video here with a discussion between Lechantre and the players, particulary Mboma, exchanging their view on the way to convert a penalty shoot. The discussion was between two knowlegeable person, respecting themselves and respecting their views. I haven’t seen that respect in the players eyes in this Schaeffer era.
Respect came out of merit and I’m not sure that this Schaeffer guy is the one to guide us into the next level of our game; and the confederation cup might provided us with the truth and they won’t be any reason then.
