Le Havre goalkeeper Carlos Kameni has confirmed he will seek a move away in January. A target for Wolves, the Cameroon international told Foot Transferts: « I was very disappointed I didn’t sign on in England because my mind was already in England.
« Wolverhampton were very interested in starting a loan. Then, they made an offer but I can’t go to England at the moment.
« I hope it will change. I am trying to get French nationality. In this case, there won’t be any more problems for me to go to England.
« It’s my dream to play there.
« I have contacts with English clubs and they want to move as quick as possible.
« Wolverhampton are still interested and they have regular contacts with Le Havre. They are just waiting for me to get a French passport before signing me.
« If this happens, I will move in January. Le Havre won’t be opposed to my transfer. »
