The website KICK OFF Nigeria has exclusively found out that arrangements have reached an advanced stage for the Super Eagles to take on dreaded rivals Indomitable Lions of Cameroon in a friendly match in England next month.
The match has been fixed for November 15, which is a ‘FIFA friendly day‘. It has already received the full blessing of the Nigerian Football Association (NFA) board last week. No word on that game yet over the Cameroonian FA website.
The last time the two teams clashed was at the 2004 African Nations Cup in Monastir, Tunisia, with the Eagles flying past the Lions 2-1 to qualify for the semi finals of the tournament.
