Defending Champions, Egypt has lined up three friendly matches in preparation towards the 26th MTN African Cup of Nations, Ghana 2008 next month.
The Pharaohs will play Namibia in Cairo on 5 January before taking on Mali in Abu Dhabi five days later.
They will complete their preparations with a game against Angola in Portugal on 13 January.
The North Africans will travel to Ghana for the tournament after that warm-up game in Lisbon.
Egypt has been drawn in Group C alongside Cameroon, Zambia and Sudan.
Group C will play their games at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi. The biennial fiesta starts on 20 January with the final scheduled for 10 February.
